Amanda creates realistic artwork with a twist of abstract focused in the Pacific North West; Coast to Olympic and Cascade Crags, and all in between. Drawn to the play of contrasting light which she favors greatly in all her concepts, her acrylic, oil, and watercolor paintings depict scenes full of color and grand imbued scales. Her biggest inspiration for brush to canvas stems from the vast beauty and depth in God’s beautiful creation. She is currently a full time stay at home mom to a beautiful and very busy toddler.

Every day is a blessing with our little, “Manasseh,” Isabella Grace.

Here we are at Anini Beach, July 1st 2024 for my parents remarriage! This is 100% testimony to God’s incredible plan: We are standing in a place I have always dreamed of going to for my 40th birthday which was also July 2024. Holding two gifts in my arms that I never thought I would receive; A husband who loves God with all his heart, mind, and soul, and puts me first over everything thing on this earth, who gave me, (by God’s grace), a beautiful daughter that reminds me every day how every good and precious gift comes from our heavenly Father. Isabella is my “Menasseh” in reference to Joseph’s first born child and the song by Anna Golden. Her lyrics describe the landslide I went through in 2021. I was derailed, left shattered with pain, heartache, unearthed lies and abuse I had suppressed for years. I never thought I could or would be strong enough to finally break and say “no” to it all, but God came in, as HE ALWAYS DOES, lifted the veil in front of my eyes, and I said “yes” to Him. For Romans 8:31-39 says, “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him graciously give us all things? Who shall bring any charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. Who is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raised—who is at the right hand of God, who indeed is interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written,

“For your sake we are being killed all the day long;
    we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

With that, I will lastly say this, life on earth is a mere blip when eternity is concerned. Grateful to have been saved, no longer living in fear and darkness, and trusting in the hope that is only found in Christ. May you be blessed and come to know the Way, the Truth, and the Life that is only through Jesus.
